Q: If I contract with Proclean USA for cleaning services, will my price of doing business increase over time?
A: No, in fact the price will stay the same for a minimum of 5 years. The reason for this pricing guarantee is that the price of chemicals, equipment and trash bags do not rise on a constant basis, thus no increase can be passed on to the customer. Additionally, due to the nature of the janitorial business, employees are hard to retain, thus payroll does not rise with the rate of inflation because my employees do not receive a salary.
